eSurvey

eSurvey is our latest service, to be used when a physical survey is not possible, or when the value of the loss does not warrant attendance, or where matters are extremely time sensitive. An eSurvey is managed and run by an expert ISA field surveyor from their remote work location over a Zoom videoconference meeting. The eSurvey consists of an interview with the claimant and the ability for our surveyor to direct the claimant in real time to capture video and photographs that can be uploaded direct to the surveyor. The eSurvey report will be completed by the ISA surveyor based upon the information they have obtained and submitted as a secure PDF, together with a copy of the video taken if required.
