* We have received reports that general cargo vessel, N.DADAYLI (IMO: 9045730) experienced a mechanical failure in a position off Llanes, Spain on 23 May 2024.

* It is reported that the vessel was taken under tow by tug to Santander Port, where it currently remains for inspection, and possibly, repairs.

* It is possible that General Average, Salvage and associated Recovery issues may arise as a result of this incident.

* We therefore recommend that you contact us urgently if you are concerned with any cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
